“La Docena Beach Club” arrives to Punta Mita
From this Monday until the end of January 2023, this culinary space will offer visitors and guests the best of the sea and the land of Mexico, the result of constant work with small producers.
With a varied menu featuring a series of dishes with forceful preparations that allow the ingredient to express its maximum potential, “La Docena” arrives at this destination (one of the most exclusive in Mexico) to enrich the gastronomic offerings of El Surf Club Punta Mita.
From December 19th until the end of January of next year, the culinary space originally from Guadalajara, headed by chef and founding partner Tomás Bermúdez, arrives to Punta Mita to open “La Docena Beach Club” and offer visitors of this important tourist spot in the country the best of the sea and the land of Mexico, the result of constant work with small producers.
With this opening, members of Punta Mita Club, vacationers, as well as resort guests will be able to try the cuisine of this gastronomic space, with signature dishes such as grilled oysters, the legendary tongue taco and the zarandeado fish (catch of the day), the grilled palm heart or a wagyu steak from Durango, a region in northern Mexico where chef Tomás Bermúdez is originally from.
