The Punta Mita team at the 2019 American Express Golf Cup
The Punta Mita team took part earlier this week in the annual American Express Golf Cup at the Chapultepec Golf Club in Mexico City, which plays home to the WGC World Championship each year in February.
Chefs Pato & David, from our Beach Clubs, prepared typical Punta Mita dishes live on the course PM Gourmet & Golf style, with Chet Pato serving delicious grilled octopus with aioli, chiles and beans, while Chef David served up Nayarit seafood empanadas with aguachile. LPGA Hall of Fame and Punta Mita fan Lorena Ochoa did the rounds greeting all the players and promoting our annual Punta Mita Gourmet & Golf in November this year. Our TOP 100 Director of Instruction Tom Stickney offered to Trackman analysis to each of the participants while our Sales Executive Marcelo Lopez participated as a player the Punta Mita support team of Veronica, Stephanie & Pedro were on hand manning the Punta Mita stand. All in all, a great day spreading the word about Punta Mita in Mexico City as well as our 9th American Express Punta Mita Gourmet & Golf event coming soon.
