One of the hallmarks of Punta Mita living is the enjoyment of the culinary experiences found in our destination. This upcoming season, Punta Mita is expanding the opportunities for extraordinary dining with the new Punta Mita Chef’s Table Series 2019.
From February 26th-28th, Punta Mita is thrilled to welcome back Montse Estruch, a chef who is gastronomically born in the family hostal “El Cingle de Vacarisses”. With her mother they elaborate traditional and classic cuisine based on the seasonal products. She attended to a pastry seminar with Yanick Lefort, she had as a tutor Pierre Herme de Fauchon in Paris and Freferick Robert de Luis XV on Monaco and others. She forms her studies at the Arnadi School next to Bernard Benbassat and Mey Hoffman to whom she owes the discovery of creative and exotic cuisine.Under Bernard Benbassat tutorial she incorporates a new philosophy and starts to reinterpret Le Cingle’s cuisine. Keeping the solid basis of traditional cuisine she developed her Cuisine of the Senses. In 1999, with the help of Ferrán Adriá, she presents her first book “25 years of El Cingle de Vacarisses”.
