BBQ Nights with Chef David at Pacifico Beach Club

Every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm a traditional Mexican “Carne Asada” beach BBQ grill, with the

colors and flavors of Mexico comes alive on the grills by the skilled hands of Chef David Vidales at Pacífico Beach Club.

WELCOME MARGARITA & EMPANADA 

APPETIZERS, SERVED FAMILY-STYLE

Guacamole, queso fundido, pork and shrimp empanadas, Mexican salsa and chips.

FROM THE GRILL

Flank steak, chicken breast, catch of the day, chorizo, cheese quesadillas.

SIDES

Green salads, traditional Mexican salsa, green tomato salsa, charro-style beans, cactus salad, fresh cheese, roasted onion and chilis, corn tortillas.

DESSERTS

Churros, rice pudding, vanilla flan.

OPEN BAR

Margaritas, beer, Mexican red and white wines, aguas frescas (rice, watermelon, hibiscus or orange), spirits (Tequila, gin, rum, whiskey and vodka).
